Space Coast Credit Union Adopts RouteOne Econtracting
Space Coast Credit Union, which serves more than 230,000 members on Florida’s east coast, has adopted RouteOne’s eContracting platform using its new DiscountOne product.
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — RouteOne has announced that Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU), serving more than 230,000 members on Florida’s east coast, adopted RouteOne’s eContracting platform using its new DiscountOne product.
DiscountOneis a new tool for finance sources that want the benefits of eContracting without having to make an IT investment, officials said.
“Our DiscountOne tool is quickly gaining traction with finance sources such as Space Coast Credit Union, which want to take advantage of the momentum eContracting is gaining,” said Mike Jurecki, RouteOne CEO. “Space Coast Credit Union is now part of a strong and growing network of eContracting finance sources, and we look forward to supporting its efforts.”
Using DiscountOne, finance sources can receive contract packages and stipulations in real-time and in a secure and reliable manner. It provides the ability to more easily communicate with dealers, expediting the eContracting process and resulting in reduced errors and quicker funding. Because DiscountOne requires no changes to the dealers’ existing eContracting process, finance sources that adopt DiscountOnecan realize more funding opportunities and provide a better consumer experience, according to the company.
“At Space Coast Credit Union, we understand that time is precious and we strive to find new ways to give more of that time back to our members,” said Jennifer Delaney, manager of Indirect Processing for Space Coast Credit Union. “By offering services over the phone and online we are able to reduce the wait time for our members. DiscountOneis one example of how we follow through on the SCCU Members’ Watchdog promise: ‘No lies, no rip-offs, no time wasted.’”
